Privacy policy
Who we are
Noline is a healthcare software platform operated by Ariqon Tech Pvt Ltd, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It includes products for doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic labs and patients.
Two roles we play
When you visit this website or write to us, we decide why and how your data is used. In that case we are the data fiduciary.
When a clinic, pharmacy or lab uses Noline to look after its patients, that provider decides why patient data is collected. We process it on the provider's behalf, under its instructions, to run the service. If you are a patient, contact your provider first for questions about your health records.
What we collect
- Website and enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, clinic name and the message you send us.
- Account data for providers: name, role, registration number, contact details and login information.
- Patient data entered by providers: identity and contact details, appointments, prescriptions, test orders and reports.
- Technical data: device, browser, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and support the Noline products.
- To respond to demo requests and support questions.
- To send service messages such as appointment reminders and report notifications, as described below.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
WhatsApp and SMS messages
With your consent, we or your healthcare provider may send you service messages on WhatsApp or by SMS. Examples are appointment confirmations, prescription and lab report notifications and follow-up reminders. These messages are not advertising.
We do not put diagnoses or detailed clinical information in these messages. They point you to the secure Noline app or portal for details.
You can withdraw consent at any time by telling your provider or by writing to contact@noline.in. After that we stop sending these messages to that number.
Messages are delivered through service providers, including MSG91 as our messaging provider and WhatsApp (Meta) for WhatsApp delivery. They receive your phone number and the message content only as needed to deliver it.
Who we share data with
- The healthcare provider you visit, for your own records.
- Service providers that help us run the platform, such as cloud hosting and messaging, bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Providers may have their own record retention duties for patient records. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited by role and by need. We review access and keep audit records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and authorities of a data breach as the law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, have it erased, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to contact@noline.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Grievances
For a complaint about how your data is handled, write to contact@noline.in with the subject “Grievance”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for that purpose.
Children
Patient records for a child are created and managed by a parent or guardian through the healthcare provider. We do not knowingly collect data from a child through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell providers using the platform.
